Our Story

Saadet’s gardening journey began with her father Aziz. In 2002, Aziz and Saadet’s husband began looking for land where they could build small houses and tend to the garden. They eventually found their own plot in the peaceful village of Değirmenköy. Aziz had retired by then and devoted all his energy to the land—planting, building, and gradually creating a colorful, vibrant garden. He spent every summer there, growing vegetables and fruits for his grandchildren. The family shared countless healthy, joyful moments in Değirmenköy—these memories were made possible by Aziz.

In 2019, Saadet planted lavender in her garden for the first time, and that moment marked the beginning of her own gardening journey. From the very beginning, her guiding principle was to remain natural—she made sure to keep the garden as pure and clean as possible, without using any chemicals.

In 2024, Saadet’s beloved father passed away. He affectionately called her “Sade” or “Sado.” To honor her memory, his daughter founded Sade’s Garden—inspired by this special nickname. Now retired herself, Saadet continues her father’s legacy—working the land with love, care, and a deep respect for nature.
